Our Story

It started on a Saturday afternoon.

The ingredients: milk and white chocolate, marshmallows, cocoa

A mum and her daughter, a kitchen in Neutral Bay, and the idea to make something a little bit different. That's how Pour & Pop began.

We make every bomb by hand. Milk, white, and dark — each one tempered, shelled, and tied with ribbon. There's no factory. There's no automation. There's just two people and the same care as the very first batch.

It's not really about the chocolate. It's about the moment when it pops.

That's the bit we love. The pour, the swirl, the soft hush as the shell gives way. We wanted to bottle that moment and give it as a gift. So we did.
